Halloween spending on the rise, despite higher prices

Americans are expected to spend an estimated $10.6 billion on costumes, candy and decorations - despite the fact that, due to inflation, candy alone is up over 13%. A growing trend this year - pet costumes... with Americans expected to spend $700 million to dress up their dogs and cats.
