As someone with a complex mind, INFJs can be very analytical about their emotions. They don't just let them come and go and then not learn from them at all. Instead, they analyze their anger and speak with it. They sit back and figure out the root causes of that specific emotion. Before acting according to how they feel at that moment, they will first assess the unpleasant feeling and identify what triggered it. And as someone who is surrounded by emotional beings, INFJs are often praised for their composure even in the middle of heated arguments and seemingly unmanageable conflicts. They are not slaves to their emotions— they control them. This is why environmental triggers don't easily affect them. Toxic people can provoke them for all they care, but INFJs have power over their reactions.
