2008 Trane XB13 Heat Pump running and shutting down in heat mode!

This is one of the 2008 Trane XB13 Heat pumps at my Church’s main building, Enjoy!
As I was about to get in the car after church ended, I noticed that the Heat pump was running, so I filmed it. While filming it, I caught it shutting off too!
The building was built in 2008, meaning that this unit is indeed original to when it was built. It had a major renovation in Late 2019 - Early 2020, resulting in the 2019 Trane XR14 Being installed.
