Look at the jobs being advertised on Linkedin or for the Middle East Market on recruitment websites like Monster, Nadia, Bayt, Indeed, Monstergulf, Gulftalent. Try applying to any of these websites. What is the result you get?
Do you receive many responses? Hardly any responses? No responses?
Do you at least get a rejection letter?
Given today's landscape of the millions of social media users who use, overuse and abuse the system - it becomes hard for employers to differentiate between who is legit vs who is lying just to get a chance to get an interview vs those who are pointlessly applying without any purpose.
