This Video will guide you step by step to build a Chatbot using AWS Lex and integrate it with Whatsapp. The user need not have any prior knowledge of AWS or Chatbot. Basic ideas of Intent, Utterances, and Slot are explained using three scenarios in increasing order of complexity.
By using Lambda, a serverless feature that supports plethora of programming languages such as Java, Python, .Net, Ruby, etc. A programmer /designer is freed up from the infrastructural concerns on spinning a server, or on scale up/down based on external demands.
The same logic can be adapted for building. a complex version of the bot with a myriad of interconnecting complexities
