Why birds fly in "V-Shape" - By Kishor Singh #shorts

You all must have seen birds flying, I mean in V shape. But I bet that non of you are aware of the amazing intelligence of the birds behind their V shape flight, let's understand this strange science with the help of 3D animation.
Double tap your screen and let's see the concept. You must have got to know in your early days that air always moves from a region of high pressure to low pressure.
As a bird flaps the wings to fly, a high-pressure zone gets created under the wings and a low-pressure zone above the wings. Now the air will move from high pressure to low pressure causing the formation of a rotating vortex.
The sense behind this vortex is that the air present just behind the bird, gets constant downwash, and the air present to its sides gets constant upwash. In simple words, birds keep on rising up. So if a bird flies in an upwash zone, it will get an extra uplift that saves a lot of energy.
This is the same reason why Jets also fly in V shape, V shape is also helpful in maintaining better Line of sight.
