Two Omicron Cases Detected In Karnataka, One Fully Vaccinated, Another Patient Partially Jabbed

Two cases of the Omicron variant of coronavirus has been detected in India, the health department officials said on December 2.

The two infected patients were identified as 66-year-old and 46-year-old males based in Karnataka.

All primary contacts and secondary contacts of both the cases have been traced and are being tested, the officials said at a press briefing.
