Cotton soft and fluffy steamed buns! This Chinese recipe is easy, quick and 100% fail-proof!
INGREDIENTS
300g (1 3/4 cups) flour
3g dry yeast
10g sugar
170ml (3/4 cup) warm water
METHOD
In a bowl mix together all ingredients. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a long line and make notches on it. Twist the line into a round shape.
Leave for 10 minutes and transfer to the steamer for 15 minutes.
