The Discover Ability Network works with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce connecting employers directly to job seekers with a disability. DAN uses a job matching platform that is free for job seekers. It's just four easy steps for job seekers with a disability to connect to employers seeking diverse talent - create an account, get matched in real-time to job opportunities, review job invitations and get notified when an employer decides to connect. The site is non-searchable and privacy is protected.
