Yogurt creamy cake: a delicate taste to be served at the end of dinner!

You only need a few ingredients to make an incredible cake in a few steps! 

 

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs, separate egg whites and yolks;

Salt;

3 tbsp of sugar;

350g of yogurt;

1 orange, zest;

3 tbsp of corn starch;

Powdered sugar.

METHOD



Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, yogurt, orange zest and corn starch. Add the egg whites and mix everything together.

Pour the mixture into the circular springform pan and bake at 170° for 40 minutes.

Sprinkle the powdered sugar on the cake and serve.
