Supreme Court was right to fume that too much of the debate on Delhi’s winter smog is mostly hot air with no facts. It confuses issues more than clarify them. While popular opinion blames farmers of Haryana and Punjab and stubble burning, in, Shekhar Gupta had lifted the layers to find it rooted in our stupid politics, lousy agri-economics and a way forward in Ep 305 of #CutTheClutter .
