These puppies were found in Yeongcheon. There is a dog owner, but they left puppies without food and water, and the condition of the puppies was miserable. According to the informantions, the first of three were born, but one of them with the mother have disappeared. Both tiny puppies are dirty, mange and one child has a very bloated stomach, which is even more worrisome...
