Rittenhouse Shooting Survivor Testified He Believed He Was 'Going To Die'

A man who was shot in the arm by Kyle Rittenhouse testified Monday he believed he was “going to die” as he confronted the then 17-year-old after he shot and killed two other men during civil unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 2020—but said Rittenhouse shot him only after he pointed his own gun at him.
