Health workers remain apprehensive of alert level downgrade in NCR as cases trend downwards

Philippine College of Physicians president Dr. Maricar Limpin admits most health workers are apprehensive of easing restrictions in the NCR despite decreasing COVID-19 cases. Limpin says while the situation is not as bad as before, many hospitals are still operating near full capacity.
