Russia: Hosts win individual race on last day of 'tank biathlon' near Moscow

The Russian national team beat China and Uzbekistan in the individual race of the third crews of the first and second divisions of the "tank biathlon" in Alabino near Moscow on Saturday to emerge as champions.

The footage shows the tanks of the participating teams go through an obstacle course and compete in target shooting accuracy.

According to the organisers of the International Army Games - 2021, the Russian crew managed to win, proceeding through a series of obstacles in 19 minutes 41 seconds. The team from China took second place with 20 minutes 25 seconds, while the national team of Uzbekistan came in third after 23 minutes 20 seconds.

According to the Russian Defence ministry, 19 national teams of the participating countries, divided into two divisions, are involved in the international tank championship, which runs from August 22 to September 4.
