Man fails to change shock absorber - Matiz content

I did actually successfully change one, but the other one was a pain and said no, so I paid a man to torture it. Sorry, remove it. They also did some other things, and she failed an MOT. The car in question is my 1999 Daewoo Matiz M100 SE.
