Kyle Freeland said hip problems that developed recently were not to blame for his struggle. He admitted he wasn't where he wants to be against Giants, but points out as good as the Giants are he did chalk up a win against them in San Francisco last month. Freeland said none of his four-pitch assortment was what he wanted.
