I’ve said it once before, and I’ll say it again: “this is a great career for women“. Especially women with families.
I know it can be hot and uncomfortable outside but don’t forget you are working a job. The compensation is great to start off whether you work inside or outside.
There are so many aspects to this industry that working as a claims adjuster is beautiful for women. this is a male-dominated industry. That means that as a woman you have a really great chance and get an interview because they don’t interview many women.

While many people will complete the licensing process they typically stop pursuing the career change. If you continue to pursue you will find a way to earn. Think like a doctor. The more education they have, the better they do.
