Pork Sarciado (Simple but Scrumptious Iloilo's Best)

Ilonggo dish is not ever complete without eating the classic Pork Sarciado or any of its variations. Pork Sarciado is one of our family’s special dishes. My father’s cooking ideas made every dish’ unique however, in order to make my own style of cooking I made a fun twist to see the unanticipated result. Ilonggos used to put some bread crumbs on it but mine has none. I cooked in a simple way and add my favorite Sweet Potato. It was amazingly astounding! Here's my Pork Sarciado cooking Version. Pork Sarciado Ingredients:


3 Tbsps Oil
3 Cloves of minced Garlic
1 pc. minced onion
1 Kg. Pork
1 Tsp. Salt & Pinch of Black Pepper
3 Tbsps Soy Sauce
1 pc. sliced carrot
1 pc. Big sliced Sweet Potato
1 pc Small sliced Potato
1 pc. sliced red bell Pepper
1 pc. sliced Green Bell Pepper
4 Tbsps. of Green Peas ( I used Frozen Green Peas)

PS.
Cutting Pork and Vegetables will depend to your own desire. I added a few Green Peas eventhough, I was not fond of it.
