Lower body warm up

You have to get your body warm and loose before every workout. You do not want to hurt yourself! Even if your not working out today you need to warm your body up for the day everyday!

Be sure to focus on the muscles you plan to workout as well as your problem areas. For me it’s my lower back. I pulled my back a couple years ago and wake up still with pains in my lower back. Stretching has been my savior. TRUST ME! Do not let your body pain stop you let it motivate you. You CAN improve the way you feel, it’s up to you.

Always stay relaxed in each move you do. Complete each move as many times as you want to. It’s your body, you will know when your warmed up and ready to go.
