People seem to have this aversion to getting older, which I can understand to a degree but I think there are a lot of pros to getting older.
Like for starters you don't get worked up about the trivial stuff anymore - you have a better understanding of what really matters so you care less about the things that don't.
I also feel like when I was younger I was a bit of a psychopath - whenever I think about childhood memories I usually think to myself "I did THAT? I was crazy!"
And sure when you get older your body hurts more and see the effects of age and so on and so forth. Though maybe I shouldn't be saying anything as I'm still pretty young (though I'm sure someone in high school would consider me ancient history ha)
I guess all I'm saying is that I feel like I'm closer to the person I want to be now than I was when I was younger, and that means something to me.
I dunno man, young Frudgey - not a bad kid but certainly did some stuff that old Frudgey didn't agree with.
