Find a time that suits you....?
Meditation is a time of complete relaxation. So do it at a time that is completely convenient for you. So look for a time and place where you are not disturbed. Usually sunrise and sunset times are favorable for meditation.

Look for a quiet place....?
Look for a place where you are not disturbed just as you are looking for a time that is convenient for you. A quiet and serene environment helped us to experience a great sense of meditation.
NUMBER 3.
Sit in a position that suits you....?
Your posture also has an impact on your meditation. Make sure you are calm, comfortable, and stable. Sit up straight so that your spine is upright. Keep your eyes and shoulders and neck calm as long as you meditate. Our myths tell us to sit in the lotus position and meditate.

Keep your stomach empty....?
